Description
This easy fruit pizza uses sugar cookie dough for a delicious base, topped with cream cheese and fresh fruits.

- 1 package Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the sugar cookie dough on a pizza pan and flatten it evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Top with mixed fresh fruits.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
