A simple and delicious fruit pizza made with a sugar cookie base.
Ingredients

- 1 package sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Let the cookie base cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie.
- Arrange the mixed fruit on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- Use any fruit you prefer.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
