- 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
- 1/2 cup fruit glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cookie crust cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruit on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle with fruit glaze.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use any seasonal fruit for variety.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
