Instructions
- Pat dry the salmon fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the fillets.
- Serve immediately.
