Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  7. Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the fillets.
  8. Serve immediately.
