- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish.
- Pour marinade over chicken and coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Grill or bake chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
