A delicious Greek-inspired wrap filled with marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Warm pita wraps on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble wraps by adding lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and chicken.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and wrap tightly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or beef.
- Add feta cheese for extra flavor.
- Store leftover chicken in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
