Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked seasoned ground beef

  • 2 tbsp nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup cooked Mexican rice
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp diced onions
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  5. Melt butter in the skillet and place the burrito seam-side down.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately.
