  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine honey, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
  5. Add green food coloring if desired and mix.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
