Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups asparagus, trimmed and cut
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain pasta and add to the skillet.
- Toss everything together and serve with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein.
- Feel free to add other seasonal vegetables.
