- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water

- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a circle, spread marinara sauce on half.
- Add cheeses and seasonings, fold dough over.
- Seal edges with a fork, bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
