- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each piece of chicken first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the cooked nuggets and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a healthier version, bake the nuggets in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
