Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1.5 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary (optional)
- Coarse sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Press dough into a greased baking sheet. Dimple with fingers.
- Drizzle with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
