Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)
- 1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix oats, nuts, and seeds in a large bowl.
- Warm honey and coconut oil in a small saucepan until melted.
- Add vanilla and salt to the liquid mixture.
- Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let cool completely before adding dried fruit.
- Store in an airtight container.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
