Ingredients

- 1 lb beef (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add beef slices to the marinade and coat evenly. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top.
- Serve hot with rice.

- Slice beef thinly against the grain for tenderness.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
