Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and cover until melted.
  6. Serve warm.
