Instructions

- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour half the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle marshmallows over the layer.
- Pour the remaining mixture on top.
- Use a knife to swirl marshmallows into the fudge.
- Chill for 2 hours before cutting.
