Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup and your favorite toppings.
