- 2 cups Fluffy Pancakes
- 2 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 3/4 cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Butter
- to taste Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup and your favorite toppings.
Notes
- These pancakes can be easily customized with chocolate chips, blueberries, or nuts.
- For a healthier option, substitute half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour.
