A simple and delicious pasta dish that you can make quickly for any meal.
Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with the oil and garlic mixture.
- Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
