Description

A simple and delicious pasta dish that you can make quickly for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with the oil and garlic mixture.
  6. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use any pasta shape you prefer.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
  • Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
