- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- Add sliced peaches to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Return chicken to the pan, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with basil.
- Serve warm.
