- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry basil leaves.
- Toast pine nuts lightly in a pan.
- Blend basil, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan in a food processor.
- Slowly add olive oil while blending.
- Season with salt.
- Store in an airtight container.
