A simple and delicious recipe for pineapple chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced chicken breast
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until softened.
- Add pineapple and soy sauce, stir well.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water; add to the pan to thicken.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot over rice.

- Use fresh or canned pineapple.
