Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the corned beef in a large pot.
  2. Add water, onion, carrots, potatoes, mustard seeds, and peppercorns.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2.5 hours.
  4. Add cabbage and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Remove meat and vegetables, slice, and serve.
