Ingredients

- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can baked beans
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 cup corn on the cob, grilled and cut off the cob
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine baked beans, barbecue sauce, and mustard. Stir until heated through and well combined.
- Grill corn on the cob until lightly charred, then cut kernels off the cob and mix in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve all sides together on a platter for your BBQ.
Notes
- Feel free to add additional toppings to the coleslaw, such as shredded carrots or apples for added flavor.
