Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 cup corn on the cob, grilled and cut off the cob
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine baked beans, barbecue sauce, and mustard. Stir until heated through and well combined.
  3. Grill corn on the cob until lightly charred, then cut kernels off the cob and mix in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
