Ingredients

- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumbers, sliced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet for 1 minute on each side.
- Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.
- Add shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers.
- Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to use any vegetables you like.
- Grilled chicken works well in this recipe.
- For added flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice.
