Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with onions.
- Add cabbage and carrots, and cook until tender.
- Mix in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture and top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Use leftover mashed potatoes for quicker prep.
