Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and mix until fully coated.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust honey for more sweetness if desired.
- Use sesame seeds for extra crunch.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
