A simple recipe for surf and turf featuring steak and shrimp.

- 1 pound of steak
- 1 pound of shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Serve steak topped with shrimp and drizzle garlic butter over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
