Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Layer ground beef in a baking dish. Pour soup mixture over beef.
