Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well combined.
  3. Shape mixture into 20 equal-sized meatballs.
  4. Arrange meatballs on baking sheet with space between each.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
