- 500g ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well combined.
- Shape mixture into 20 equal-sized meatballs.
- Arrange meatballs on baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil meatballs 1-2 minutes at end of baking.
- Substitute turkey for chicken if preferred.
- Meatballs freeze well for up to 3 months.
