Description
A refreshing and hydrating watermelon lemonade perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the watermelon juice. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour in the cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a fizzy version, substitute cold water with sparkling water.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of the watermelon.
