A simple and flavorful sole dish with lemon, capers, and butter.
Ingredients

- 4 sole fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat dry sole fillets with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sole fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove fillets from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add lemon juice, zest, and capers. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour sauce over sole fillets and garnish with fresh parsley.
