- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Once the mixture is combined, use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
