- 2 lbs beef stew meat

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place beef stew meat in the crockpot.
- Add chopped vegetables, onion, and garlic.
- Pour in beef broth and red wine.
- Add tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
- This recipe can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
