Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken breast and cook until golden brown.
  6. Add broccoli and soy sauce to the pan.
  7. Stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve chicken and broccoli over rice.
  9. Garnish with salt and pepper to taste.
