Description
A spicy and creamy ramen dish with tender chicken and a rich garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts (about 200g each)
- 200g ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red chili flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside. Slice into strips.
- In the same pan, pour chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes for more or less heat.
- For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream.
- Replace chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
