Description

A spicy and creamy ramen dish with tender chicken and a rich garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (about 200g each)
  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. Slice into strips.
  5. In the same pan, pour chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.
  7. Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
  9. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
  10. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust chili flakes for more or less heat.
  • For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream.
  • Replace chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
