- 8 fresh figs
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the figs in half lengthwise.
- Place the figs on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Top each fig half with a small amount of goat cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the figs.
- Sprinkle thyme leaves, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is warm.
- Serve warm.
