Description

A luxurious dish featuring tender filet mignon topped with succulent shrimp and a rich lobster cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks (8 oz each)
  • 4 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season filet mignon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove steaks and let rest.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
  6. Stir in lobster meat and heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens.
  7. Pour sauce over steaks and serve.
