- 2 filet mignon steaks (8 oz each)
- 4 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season filet mignon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and let rest.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
- Stir in lobster meat and heavy cream. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Pour sauce over steaks and serve.
