Ingredients

- 1 lb of cocktail sausages
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots)
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of pesto
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Place a cocktail sausage and a piece of cheese on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with cream cheese and pesto on the side.
