Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush half the glaze over salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Brush remaining glaze on salmon.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
