Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush half the glaze over salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Brush remaining glaze on salmon.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
