- 1 cup buttermilk
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa or pico de gallo

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Dip fish fillets into buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the fish fillets until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a piece of fried fish on each tortilla, topped with shredded cabbage, avocado, and salsa.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
