  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well and shape into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
