- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Mix well and shape into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use canned salmon with bones for extra calcium.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
