Instructions

  1. Rub the fondue pot with the garlic halves.
  2. In the pot, combine wine and lemon juice over medium heat.
  3. Gradually add cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in kirsch and add to the pot.
  5. Continue stirring until smooth.
  6. Serve with assorted dippers.
