  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300ml dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh bread cubes for dipping

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside of the fondue pot with garlic.
  2. In a pot, heat the wine and lemon juice until warm.
  3. Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring constantly until melted.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in kirsch and add to the mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to the fondue pot and keep warm over a flame.
  7. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
