A savory cheese fondue that combines melted cheese and various flavors.
Ingredients

- 200g Gruyère cheese
- 200g Emmental cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 300ml dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh bread cubes for dipping
Instructions
- Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic.
- In a pot, heat the wine until just simmering.
- Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring until melted.
- Mix cornstarch with lemon juice and add to the cheese mixture.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Season with black pepper.
- Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
