- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Reduce heat and stir in cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, and cream cheese until fully melted.
- Add salt, pepper, and paprika, then mix in the cooked macaroni.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
- For a crispier top, broil for 2-3 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
