Description
A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce in the crock pot.
- Mix until well blended.
- Cook on low for 2 hours.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and blue cheese.
- Cook an additional 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
- Adjust the level of buffalo sauce to taste.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
