A quick and easy appetizer that combines the flavors of a French Dip sandwich in a convenient tortilla roll-up.

- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup au jus sauce (for dipping)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and horseradish.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer roast beef and shredded Swiss cheese on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces.
- Serve with warm au jus sauce for dipping.

- Use deli-sliced roast beef for convenience.
- Adjust horseradish to taste for more or less spice.
- Warm tortillas slightly for easier rolling.
