Ingredients

  • 2 large Russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips to create fries.
  2. Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly using a kitchen towel.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  8. Once crispy and golden brown, remove the fries from the air fryer and serve immediately.
