- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and beef stew meat to the skillet, cooking until the beef is browned on all sides.
- Pour in the beef broth, water, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Cover and reduce heat to low, cooking for about 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Once the beef is tender, stir in the cooked noodles until well combined.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded Swiss cheese if desired.
