- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toast hamburger buns lightly.
- Spoon beef mixture onto buns and top with Swiss cheese.
- Broil until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
